CLASSES: WE OFFER A VARIETY of YOGA CLASSES LED BY INSPIRING TEACHERS, EACH BRINGING THEIR UNIQUE STYLE to THE PRACTICE of YOGA. WEVE EXPANDED OUR CLASSES to INCLUDE A CLASS for TEENAGERS ON FRIDAYS WHEN SCHOOL is NOT IN SESSION AS WELL AS A BEGINNERS CLASS. EVENTS: WE COLLABORATE WITH OUR INSTRUCTORS to OFFER MONTHLY RESTORATIVE FULL MOON SOUND BATH and OTHER ROTATING STUDIO EVENTS. A VARIETY of ADDITIONAL EVENTS HAVE BEEN ADDED to THE SCHEDULE DURING THE YEAR. TRAININGS: WE HAVE A 200 HOUR VINYASA and AYURVEDA TEACHER TRAINING and CONTINUING EDUCATION COURSES.
