ALL of THE COMPANYS PROGRAMS WILL BE DEEPLY ROOTED IN CHRISTS TEACHING CONCERNING CARE for THE POOR. THE CORPORATION SHALL EXCLUSIVELY RECEIVE and ADMINISTER FUNDS for THE CHARITABLE, EDUCATIONAL, or SCIENTIFIC PURPOSES WITHIN THE MEANING of SECTION 501(C)(3) of THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE of 1986, AS A PUBLIC CHARITY, NOT AS A PRIVATE FOUNDATION and SHALL QUALIFY AS AN ORGANIZATION LISTED IN INTERNAL REVENUE CODE SECTION 170(B)(1)(A), and to THAT END
