THE CORPORATOIN MAY ENGAGE IN ANY ACTIVIES IN FURTHERANCE of SUCH PURPOSES WHICH MAY LAWFULLY CARRIED ON BY A CORPORATION ORGANIZED UNDER CHAPTER 180 of THE GENERAL LAWS of THE COMMONWEALTH and WHICH is EXCEPT FROM FEDERAL INCOME TAX UNDER THE CODE.
