PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS WITH A HISTORY of SUBSTANCE USE WHO WOULD NORMALLY BE SENTENCED to PRISON COMMIT to A TWO-YEAR THERAPEUTIC PROGRAM WHERE THEY WILL RECEIVE A FULL CONTINUUM of CARE, INCLUDING ON-SITE RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT, INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT TREATMENT, and TRANSITIONAL SERVICES--DESIGNED to HELP REBUILD LIVES, FAMILIES, and COMMUNITIES.
