Fostering Futures Program Impact Report 2024. This Report Describes The Work and Outcomes of Our Program Dedicated to Empowering Foster Children Through Personalized Tutoring In Reading and Math. In 2024 Our Program Expanded Its Reach By Offering Tailored Tutoring Sessions That Address The Unique Academic Challenges Faced By Foster Youth. Our Team of Dedicated Volunteer Tutors, Many With Extensive Educational and Professional Backgrounds, Provided Engaging Instruction Designed to Build Essential Skills and Boost Confidence. Over The Past Year, The Program Delivered More Than 36 Hours of Tutoring Through A Mix of In-person and Virtual Sessions, Allowing Us to Double Participation Compared to The Previous Year. Participants Mastered 56 Essential Skills, From Foundational Literacy and Numeracy to Problem-solving and Critical Thinking, Setting The Stage for Future Academic Success.
