What they do
Families Served - We Are Currently Serving 9 Families, Which Consist of 12 Kids. The Kids Range From 7-13. We Have Families That Have Came Once and Return When They Can But 9 Families Attend On A Regular Basis. From The Time The Participants Attend Their First Night of Support to The Third Session, We Can Tell The Difference In How They Share and Express Themselves In Speaking About Their Loved One They Lost. In Addition, We Have Provided Over 10 Care Packages to Several Kids and Families Who Are Unable to Attend, This Allow Us to Reach Other Kids By Providing Grief Activities, Grief Journals and Resources for The Parent/caregivers to Have Tools to Be Able to Hold That Discussion of Grief With Their Child. We Have Tabled At Several Farmer Markets, Health Fairs and Been Asked to Sit On Panels to Discuss About The Grief Support We Provide, Health Walks/runs. Each Event Brings 100-300 People. We Have Collaborated With Other Foundations That Have Placed Our Name/website On Their Web Page o
