CSCSLV HOSTED AN EVENT IN ALAMOSA, CO OPEN to THE PUBLIC, WITH A GRANT RECEIVED FROM THE COLORADO TRUST. THE PURPOSE of THIS EVENT WAS A COMMUNITY CONVERSATION ABOUT VALUE- BASED HEALTHCARE MODELS and HOW CSCSLV AIMS to IMPLEMENT IT for DIRECT PATIENT CARE.
