THE FOUNDATION SHALL REMAIN A DULY REGISTERED AMERICAN NON-PROFIT, INTERNAL REVENUE CODE SECTION 501(C)(3) CORPORATION INDEPENDENT FROM ANY NATIONAL or INTERNATIONAL AGENCIES.
