During The Past Year, Our Organization Conducted Monthly Workshops and Community Programs to Promote Mindfulness and Loving-kindness (Metta) Meditation Among The Sri Lankan American Community. These Programs Focused On Improving Mental Wellbeing, Encouraging Compassion, and Strengthening Communal Harmony Through Meditation Practice, Educational Discussions, and Spiritual Guidance Based On The Theravada Buddhist Tradition. The Organization Also Provided Financial Assistance and Scholarship Opportunities to Underprivileged School Children In Sri Lanka Whose Families Have Been Severely Affected By The Ongoing Economic Crisis. These Efforts Helped Support Access to Education and Basic Needs for Vulnerable Students and Their Families. In Addition, The Organization Funded An Ongoing Project to Preserve and Digitize Ancient Sri Lankan and South Asian Manuscripts So That They May Be Safeguarded for Future Generations. This Initiative Helps Ensure That The Knowledge Accumulated Over Thousands o
