Our Community Outreach Services Are Dedicated to Ensure Every Client Feels Seen, Heard, and Supported. We Assist In These Ways to Support and Uplift Our Neighbors In Need. While Connecting With Each Individual We Are Able to Learn The Community Needs and Help Close A Gap. This Program Has 3 Assistance That We Provide Our Communities, Food Assistance, Clothing Assistance and Community Outreach Assistance. By Providing Warm Meals, Care Packages, Groceries, Clothing, and Other Donations, We Aim to Address Immediate Needs and Offer A Helping Hand During Challenging Times. Since Our Inception In 2023 We Have Served Over 300 Families, Impacting Over 500 Individuals. In The Last Fiscal Year We Have Hosted 9 Community Outreaches and Our Food Delivery Service Has Impacted Over 150 Families.
