Coaching. Each Week The Pastors and Other Leaders of The Churches We Work With Receive At Least 1 Hour of Coaching. Our Coaches Are Current or Retired Pastors Former Seminary Professors and Therapists. Coaching Provides Strategic and Personal Support Helping The Leaders and Their Team Develop and Launch Initiatives Identified Through The Workshops See Below. This Fiscal Year Our Coaches Logged Over 5000 Hours With 44 Church Leaders and Their Teams Not Including Prep Time and Coaches Meeting Where We Discussed Potential Approached to Specific Issues That A Given Coach Might Encounter In Their Previous Weeks Coaching Sessions. All Services of Damascus Road Are Offered to The Churches At No Expense to The Recipients of These Services. Five Coaches Provided These Services $189073 of Damascus Road Funds Covered The Expense of This Service Offering
