What they do
The Racial Justice Collaborative (RJC) Fosters Racial Equity and Community Healing By Helping People Learn to Engage Emotions As Skillfully As Thoughts. We Believe That Sustainable Justice Begins With Emotional Regulation The Ability to Notice, Name, and Transform Emotional Energy During Difficult Dialogue. In A Society That Prizes Intellect But Neglects Emotion, This Work Provides The Missing Key to Authentic Connection and Reconciliation. Rooted In Somerville, Massachusetts and Extending Virtually to A Growing National and International Audience, RJC Creates Spaces Where People of All Racial and Cultural Backgrounds Can Build Trust, Explore Anti-Blackness, and Develop The Inner Skills Necessary for Social and Collective Transformation. Our Approach RJC Integrates Racial Truth-telling, Emotional Awareness, and Community Dialogue to Help Participants Move From Reactivity to Responsiveness, From Fear to Compassion, and From Division to Relationship. Our Programs Combine Breathwork
