IN ADDITION, OCOK MISSION WILL BE to PROVIDE SUPPORT or RELIEF to ORPHANS, DELINQUENT or DEPENDENT CHILDREN IN NEED of RESIDENTIAL CARE or CHILDREN IN NEED of TEMPORARY SHELTER WITHOUT REGARD to THE BENEFICIARIES ABILITY to PAY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PROVIDING CASE MANAGEMENT and FAMILY SERVICES THAT ENABLE CHILDREN to SAFELY ACHIEVE PERMANENCY IN THEIR OWN HOME, WITH RELATIVES, or THROUGH ADOPTION.
