The Way to Wellness Program Provides A Comprehensive Multidisciplinary Approach to Holistic Wellness Designed to Improve The Long-term Health and Well Being of Our Military Community, First Responders, Their Families, and Caregivers. Our Program Will Teach The Tools Needed for Self-care and Coping Through Mindfulness, Physical Activity, Healthy Sleep, and Good Nutrition While Also Addressing The Family, Social, Spiritual, and Emotional Components Necessary In Treating The Whole Person. This Immersion-style Program, Allows Participants to Put Their New Skills to Use So They Can Continue On The Healthy Path Upon Their Return Home.
