WE CONNECT SENIORS to SAFE, AFFORDABLE HOUSING and PROVIDE ONGOING SUPPORT SO THEY CAN REMAIN STABLY HOUSED. OUR SERVICES INCLUDE HOUSING NAVIGATION, CASE MANAGEMENT, RENT ASSISTANCE, and ADVOCACY WITHIN THE HOUSING SYSTEM. WE FOCUS ON PREVENTING HOMELESSNESS, IMPROVING HOUSING STABILITY, and ENSURING THAT OLDER ADULTS CAN AGE WITH DIGNITY IN THE COMMUNITY.
