THROUGH ITS SUBSIDIARY, MPOWER OREGON, NOAH FOCUSES ON STRATEGIES for SUSTAINABLE, AFFORDABLE HOUSING, SPECIFICALLY THROUGH COORDINATION and FINANCING of EFFICIENCY UPGRADES IN MULTI-FAMILY PROPERTIES.
