Surrounding Neighborhoods Were Built, Advertised, and Sold With The Golf Course In Mind. EVPS Sponsored Litigation Arguing The Real Property Described In The Club Deed Had Been Dedicated to The Exclusive Use As A Golf Course Under Implied Restrictions, Easements, and Other Rights, Which, Separately and In Combination, Prohibited Defendants From Constructing An RV Park or High-density Subdivision With A Large Wastewater Treatment Plant. The Suit Was Filed With The Local Courts. The Judge Ruled for The Defendants. EVPS Then Appealed The Ruling to The NC Courts of Appeal. Th
