Program 1 Student Placement and Scholarship Support This Fiscal Year, Second Chance Supported 53 High-achieving, Low-income Students From 22 Countries Who Had Been Rejected, Waitlisted, or Left Without Viable Admission Offers In The Traditional U.S. University Admissions Cycle. Services Included Individualized Admissions Counseling, Application Guidance, Visa Support, Resource Mobilization, Flight Support, and SAT Support. In Total, Second Chance Secured More Than $7.9 Million In Financial Aid for The Students. Program 2 Volunteer Recruitment and Training Second Chance Recruited, Trained, and Coordinated Over 40 Volunteers Globally to Run University Application and Selection Processes, Verification Review, and Direct Student Support. Training Was Delivered Through Live Sessions, A 10-week Professional Development Program, As Well As 1-to-1 Mentorship. Volunteers Contributed More Than 1000 Hours of Service, Ensuring Personalized Guidance for Every Student While Reducing Staff-related Co
