Program 3 Community Engagement & Binational PartnershipsTipey Joa Strengthened Community Relationships and Food Sovereignty Efforts Through Collaborative Events Such As The Roots of Resilience Gathering At Buena Vista Audubon Society Wetlands Reserve The JASILJ Native Youth Camp and Cross-border Activities At Tipai Wamp Ecotourism Center In Baja California. These Initiatives Brought Together Over 250 Youth and Families to Exchange Cultural Knowledge Celebrate Indigenous Art and Food Systems and Support The Annual Collection of Donations and Supplies for Yuman Families In Mexico. Each Event Fostered Cultural Continuity Environmental Awareness and Intertribal Solidarity Through Traditional Arts Storytelling and Shared Community Service.
