The Program Also Included Maternal Wellness Education, Care Coordination, and Resource Navigation. Approximately 100 Birthing Individuals and Families Were Served Through Direct Care and Support Services. This Program Focused On Reducing Disparities In Maternal Health Outcomes By Ensuring Access to Culturally Responsive, Community-based Care At No Cost to Participants.
