Our Mission is to Advance Educational Enrichment In Our Community By Actively Addressing The Achievement Gap for African American Scholars. Through Innovative Programs and Strategic Partnerships, Our Aim is to Empower and Equip Individuals With The Knowledge, Resources and Support Necessary for Success (to Thrive) While Advocating for Social Justice and Educational Equity. Our Programs Are Designed to Empower Youth and Nurture Healthy Families, Safe Schools, and Flourishing Communities By Improving Academic Performance, Graduation, College-going, and Employability Rates; Promoting Healthy Choices and Positive Relationships Among Youth; Decreasing Chronic Absenteeism and The Drop-out Rate; and Reducing Disciplinary Problems and Expulsions.
