TRAINING CONTENT INCLUDED THE FIVE PILLARS of RESILIENCE and THE TEN MENTAL SKILLS SUCH AS DIAPHRAGMATIC BREATHING, EVENT-THOUGHT-OUTCOME, GOAL SETTING, DETECTING BELIEFS, RECOGNIZING NEGATIVITY BIAS, GROWTH MINDSET, PROBLEM SOLVING, PRODUCTIVE RESPONDING, and ASSERTIVE COMMUNICATION.
