We Conducted Weekly Online. Distance Training Sessions With Eight Experienced Retired Congolese Pastors Living In The DRC Congo. This Training Prepared Them to Mentor A Group of Young Inexperienced Pastors. We Provided A Stipend to The Retired Pastors of $50 Per Month for Six Months While They Received This Training. These Retired Pastors Are Now Successfully Mentoring The Young Pastors.
