THE ORGANIZATION is COMMITTED to SERVING ALL YOUTH REGARDLESS of RACE, CREED or NATIONALITY, to FAMILIARIZE THEM WITH THE FUNDAMENTALS of BASKETBALL and to PROVIDE AN OPPORTUNITY to PLAY IN A SUPERVISED, ORGANIZED and SAFETY-ORIENTED MANNER.
