What they do
Our Program Serves Approximately 100 Latina Girls and Teenagers, The Majority of Whom Are First-generation Migrants. Notably, Around 50% of These Participants Do Not Speak English, and About 50% Live Below The Poverty Line. Through A Recent Survey, We Learned That 100% of Our Girls Are Satisfied With The Program. Furthermore, 54.5% Reported Improvements In Their School Grades. Parents Have Also Observed Significant Positive Changes: 72.7% Noted Emotional and Behavioral Improvements In Their Daughters Since Joining The Program. Additionally, More Than 60% of Parents Have Seen Increases In Their Girls Self-esteem, and 72.7% Stated That Their Daughters Have Developed Leadership Skills Through Our Activities. Importantly, 81.8% of Parents Believe That Participation Has Enhanced Their Daughters Communication Skills. Our Yearly Program Includes 8 Workshops, 2 Summer Camps, Parenting Workshops, A Conference and An End of Year Graduation. Each Workshop Comprises Engaging Activities, Including
