Super Kids & Start Strong Stay Strong 5k to Promote Physical Fitness. The Super Kids Fitness Challenge Directly Impacted Approximately 286 Youth and Their Families. Participating Youth Engage In An Obstacle Course Demonstrating A Variety of Different Forms of Movement and Exercise, Are Challenged to Try New Things, and Learn That Fitness Can Be Fun. All Participants and Their Families Interact With Our Vendor Village That Showcases Local Resources and Businesses That Share Similar Values and Work With The Youth of Our Community In A Positive and Healthy Way. The Start Strong Stay Strong 5k Had 131 Registered Participants Ranging In Age From 5-73. This Event Allows Us to Encourage Movement and Family Fitness While Bringing Together Members of The Community In A Positive and Healthy Way.
