What they do
IN 2025, 4BCS SUCCESSFULLY NAVIGATED ITS SECOND YEAR of OPERATIONS AMID A CHALLENGING FINANCIAL and POLICY ENVIRONMENT. WE STRENGTHENED OUTREACH EFFORTS BY CULTIVATING NEW RELATIONSHIPS WITH POTENTIAL CLIENTS and PARTNERS, WHILE ALSO ENHANCING INTERNAL CAPACITY THROUGH THE DEVELOPMENT of NEW ADMINISTRATIVE TOOLS and THE REVISION and FORMALIZATION of ORGANIZATIONAL POLICIES and PROCEDURES. WE COMPLETED SEVERAL CONTRACT PROJECTS ALIGNED WITH OUR CORE VALUES, INCLUDING COMMUNITY-BASED STRATEGIC PLANNING, LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVES, and POLICY-INFLUENCING WORK THAT ELEVATED THE VOICES of INDIVIDUALS WITH LIVED EXPERIENCE of BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CONDITIONS. ADDITIONALLY, THE ORGANIZATION HELD ITS ANNUAL BOARD MEETING and RE-ELECTED OFFICERS, ENSURING CONTINUITY and STABILITY IN LEADERSHIP.
Should I give to this charity?
Of every $100 spent, about $100.00 was reported for mission work. Use the spending picture below and ask what results that work produced.
Plain answer: A tax form cannot prove that a charity is doing good. It can show how the charity says it spent its money—and point out questions you should ask.

Money made simple
Ask these three easy questions
- Who did you help? Ask for a recent story or report that shows real results.
- What will my money do? Ask exactly what your gift will pay for.
- Is this really the charity? Give only through its official website or confirmed phone number.
Worth asking: Expenses exceeded revenue this year. Ask whether that was planned or caused by a one-time event.
Bottom line: Do not decide from a name, mission statement, or tax status alone. Look at where the money went, then ask what changed, who was helped, and what your gift will do. YouCanGiveBack does not endorse or grade organizations.
