Community Bridge is A Faith-based Nonprofit That Builds Partnerships Among Churches Businesses Hospitals Schools Nonprofits Foster Networks and The Sober Living Community to Meet Basic Needs and Provide Life Skills Education for Low-income Households Individuals Experiencing Homelessness Foster Families and Those Affected By Substance Use Disorders Across West Virginia. These Efforts Strengthen Mental and Physical Health While Demonstrating The Love of Jesus Through Action. In 2025 Community Bridge Served Thousands of West Virginians Across 33 Counties With Combined Monthly Intakes Exceeding 20,000 Individuals. During The First Six Months of 2025 Individuals Served Increased By 45% Compared to The Same Period In The Prior Year. Community Bridge Partners With Approximately 290 Organizations Statewide. Programs Include Family Resource Centers and Food Pantries In St. Albans and Charleston Including The Hub and Career Closet At The American Job Center. Additional Initiatives
