ICWVBC STRIVES to PROVIDE STUDENT- ATHLETES OPPORTUNITIES to GROW and DEVELOP IN THE SPORT of VOLLEYBALL WHILE LEARNING IMPORTANT LIFE SKILLS, SUCH AS LEADERSHIP, COMMUNICATION, TEAMWORK and WORK ETHIC, WHILE ENCOURAGING and TRAINING EACH PLAYER to DEVELOP to THEIR FULL POTENTIAL AS A VOLLEYBALL PLAYER, STUDENT, and TEAMMATE. THIS WILL BE ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH AGE APPROPRIATE TRAINING and COMPETITION IN A FUN and SUPPORTIVE ENVIRONMENT.
