What they do

In Partnership With Charis, We Built Two Bright Future Schools Near Where The Parents Are Employed, In The Sake Area of Rwanda - A Region Known for Its Poverty. The Two Schools Offer Food and Uniforms for The Children, Teacher Slaries, Recognizing That Teachers Play A Critical Role In The Childrens Success and Access to The English Language Instruction and Christian Education, Along With Other Foundational Studies Appropriate for Thei Age Group. The First School Was Originally Designed for 25 Students and Quickly Reached Capacity With Nearly 50 Enrolled Students. The Second School Located A Few Kilometers Away Was Built to Accommodated 50 Students But Now Enrolls 100. There Are 300 More Children In The Community Who Want to Attend, But Cannot Due to Lack of Space. The Mayor Has Designated Some Unused Property Which May Be Deeded to The Schools for Eventual Build Out. The Third School is Currently Under Construction. Future Plans Involve Building A Durable Oven In US and Ship to Rwanda.

Ask these three easy questions

  1. Who did you help? Ask for a recent story or report that shows real results.
  2. What will my money do? Ask exactly what your gift will pay for.
  3. Is this really the charity? Give only through its official website or confirmed phone number.

Bottom line: Do not decide from a name, mission statement, or tax status alone. Look at where the money went, then ask what changed, who was helped, and what your gift will do. YouCanGiveBack does not endorse or grade organizations.
