THE ORGANIZATION WILL CONCENTRATE ITS EFFORTS ON "AT-RISK" POPULATIONS, SUCH AS THE FRAIL, ELDERLY, DISABLED, MENTALLY ILL and PEDIATRIC POPULATIONS, ALL of WHICH FREQUENTLY REQUIRE SPECIALIZED CARE to EFFECTIVELY MANAGE ACUTE ILLNESSES. IN ORDER to DO SO,THE ORGANIZATION INTENDS to PARTNER WITH LOCAL and NATIONAL LEADERS IN THE FIELDS of GERIATRICS, PEDIATRICS and OTHER SPECIALTIES IN ORDER to INCORPORATE BEST HEALTHCARE.
