AS A NON-PROFIT, PUBLIC BENEFIT AGENCY, REBEKAH ADDRESSES THE MENTAL HEALTH NEEDS of CHILDEREN and THEIR FAMILIES USING "WRAPAROUND" PRINCIPLES. A STRONG EMPHASIS is PLACED ON RECOGNIZING and BUILDING UPON STRENGTHS THAT THE FAMMILY POSSESSES.
