The EDYSL Subdivides and Administers The Youth Soccer Clubs Territory Into Individual Clubs. The EDYSL is Responsible for Maintaining and Distributing Equitably Equipment to The Individual Clubs, Over-seeing The Training and Certification of League Referees, Enforcing League Standards and Rules, Scheduling Training Sessions for Coaches and Assisting Clubs In Selecting Coaches, Registering Players Submitted By Clubs, and Accounting for Monies Spent and Collected By The League From Individual Clubs.
