I Cantori Di Carmel Presents Two Sets of Classical Music Concerts Per Year (four Concerts In December 2024 and Two In May-June 2025). The 55 Volunteer Singers Perform Large-scale Choral Works, Accompanied By A Professional Orchestra. The Chorus Has Expanded Its Reach Beyond Carmel-by-the-Sea to The Greater Monterey and Santa Cruz Region, and Its High Artistic Standards Have Been Recognized Throughout The Area. Attendance At Their Concerts Has More Than Tripled From Its Peak Pre-Covid, to Roughly 1500 People. In Addition to Enriching The Cultural Life of The Community, Under Music Director Daniel Henriks The Adult Chorus Members, As Well As A 15-member Youth Chorus, Received Intensive Vocal Coaching. The I Cantori Vocal Arts Academy Provides Additional Training and Exposure for Six Young Professional Singers Beginning Their Careers.
