SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE to CHILDREN IN THE STATE of CALIFORNIA. THE PROGRAM is FUNDED THROUGH DONATIONS FROM THE GENERAL PUBLIC AS WELL AS CONTRIBUTIONS MADE BY THOSE IN THE LAW ENFORCEMENT PROFESSION. FUNDRAISING EVENTS ARE ALSO HELD. CHILDREN ARE REFERRED to WISH UPON A STAR BY HOSPITAL PERSONNEL.
