CDEA CREATES and SUPPORTS PROJECTS THAT EXAMINE and HONOR THE CULTURAL, SPIRITUAL, and ETHNIC IDENTITIES of OUR NATIONS DIVERSE POPULATION IN FORUMS WHEREIN WE CAN ACKNOWLEDGE DIFFERENCES, ESTABLISH COMMON GROUND, and HENCE, BUILD COMMUNITY.
