THIS HOUSING is INTENDED to SERVE PRIMARILY ARTISTS, AT LEAST 51% of WHOM HAVE INCOMES AT or BELOW 80% of AREA MEDIAN INCOME and 49% of WHOM HAVE INCOMES AT or BELOW 120% of AREA MEDIAN INCOMES.
