What they do

UC Alumni Chorus (UCAC) is A Thriving Auditioned Volunteer Concert Choir, Composed of 75-100 Alumni of The University of California, Berkeley and Other UC Campuses, UC Berkeley Faculty and Staff, and Other Members of The Berkeley Community, of All Ages From 20-something to 80-something and From All Walks of Life. At Weekly Rehearsals, Twice-yearly Retreats, and At Least Two Concerts Annually, UCACs Members Enjoy Learning and Performing Challenging Music At A High Level of Quality, Whether Their Undergraduate Days Ended Last Year, Last Century, or Anytime In Between. As A Member of and Significant Contributor to UC Choral Ensembles (UCCE), UC Berkeleys Organization for Extracurricular Vocal Music Groups, Which Offers Significant Leadership Opportunities to Cal Student Singers, As Well As An Inclusive Space for Music-making and Belonging for Hundreds of Cal Students and Alumni, and As A Chapter of The California Alumni Association, UCAC is Committed to Providing Musical and Financial Sup
