What they do
Starfish Learning Group Was Formed As A Non-profit 501(c)3 Organization to Promote Awareness of The Ocean to School Children. We Bring Underwater Photos to Schools Showing How The Underwater Compares to Above Water (kelp Vs Trees). Also We Explain How Cutting Soda Can Plastic Holders Should Be Cut So That Birds or Other Animals Dont Get Their Heads Stuck. We Have Them Put Their Hands In Dive Gloves and Then In Cold Water to Show How A Wetsuit Works When Diving or Snorkeling. We Have Not Put On A Presentation In A Few Years Because My Deceased Husband Started This Organization and I Am Keeping It Because I Will Be Making The Presentations to Grammar Schools Hopefully In This Upcoming Year.
