THE HOSPITALS MISSION, VISION and VALUE STATEMENTS ARE INTEGRATED INTO THE HOSPITALS POLICY and PLANNING PROCESSES INCLUDING THE COMMUNITY BENEFIT PLAN. A PART of THIS PLANNING PROCESS WAS to INCORPORATE COMMUNITY BENEFITS IN THE HOSPITALS STRATEGIC PLANS. OUR MISSION is to PROMOTE AN ENVIRONMENT WHERE MEMBERS of OUR COMMUNITY CAN RECEIVE HIGH QUALITY CARE and SERVICE SO THEY CAN BE RESTORED to GOOD HEALTH BY WORKING IN CONCERT WITH PATIENTS, PHYSICIANS, RCH STAFF, ASSOCIATES and THE COMMUNITY.
