NEW HORIZONS OFFERS JOB TRAINING and PLACEMENT, EDUCATION, COUNSELING, RESIDENTIAL SERVICES, SOCIAL PROGRAMS and PERSON-CENTERED PLANNING WITH A FOCUS ON COMMUNITY INTEGRATION, HELPING EACH INDIVIDUAL GAIN THE CONFIDENCE, SKILLS, DIGNITY and INDEPENDENCE AT THEIR HIGHEST LEVEL.
