WOMEN 18 YEARS of AGE or OLDER (OR EMANCIPATED MINORS) ARE PROVIDED WITH A SAFE, CLEAN and SOBER ENVIRONMENT to HELP THEM REACH THE GOAL of BECOMING ALCOHOL and DRUG-FREE.
