The Funds Are Allocated Annually to Accredited Educational Institutions Located In The Southern California Area. The Scholarship Programs Are Administered By Each Institution, and The Selections of Students Are Made By The Institutions Without Regard to Race, Gender or Religion. The Recipient Student Must Be A U.S. Citizen With An Outstanding Academic Record and Proven Ability.
