BARREL RACES ARE A TIMED EQUINE SPORTS EVENT WHEREIN PARTICIPANTS PAY AN ENTRY FEE IN ORDER to COMPETE for A CASH PRIZE. EQUINE ATHLETES of ALL AGES ARE ENCOURAGED to COMPETE, WITH ADDITIONAL SIDEPOT EARNING OPPORTUNITIES for SENIORS, AS WELL AS PARTICIPATION PRIZES for ALL PEE-WEE PARTICIPANTS (UNDER 8 YEARS of AGE). WE OFFER MEMBERSHIPS to THOSE THAT WANT to QUALIFY for END-OF-YEAR EVENTS and PRIZES. ANYONE is ABLE to PURCHASE A MEMBERSHIP. MEMBERS ARE REQUIRED to VOLUNTEER A MINIMUM of FOUR HOURS PER YEAR to ASSIST IN THE RUNNING of OUR SHOWS. MEMBERS EARN POINTS BASED ON THEIR PLACINGS AT EACH SHOW, and THOSE POINTS CONVERT to END-OF-YEAR RANKINGS and SUBSEQUENT AWARDS. WE ALSO PARTNER WITH THE NATIONAL BARREL HORSE ASSOCIATION (NBHA) to COS
