What they do

Developing Open Source Application Development and Simulation Technology: In 2024 The Bevy Foundation Produced Three Bevy Open Source Bevy Releases (Bevy 0.13, Bevy 0.14, and Bevy 0.15), Which We Released As Free and Open Source Software Under The Dual Apache 2.0 / MIT Software License. These Releases Added Rendering Features (ex: Virtual Geometry, Voxel Global Illumination, Lightmaps, Volumetric Fog, Depth of Field), Entity Component System Features (ex: Required Components, Hooks, Observers), Animation Features (animation Graphs, Blending), User Interface Features (box Shadows, Better Text Rendering, Rounded UI Corners, Camera-driven UI), and Many Others. These Releases Were Produced By Hundreds of Volunteers Over The Course of 2,882 "pull Requests".
