SDVS TEAM of CASE MANAGERS, SOCIAL WORKERS, RECOVERY COACHES, BENEFITS SPECIALISTS, and EMPLOYMENT SPECIALISTS WILL PERFORM THOROUGH ASSESSMENTS to IDENTIFY EACH TENANTS NEEDS. THEY WILL THEN ADDRESS THESE NEEDS THROUGH COUNSELING, EMPATHETIC SUPPORT, ROLE MODELING, and CONNECTING TENANTS to COMMUNITY PROVIDERS to HELP THEM MAINTAIN POSITIVE CHANGES.
