What they do
In Our First Year, Access to Medicines Initiative (AMI) Conducted A Pilot Intervention Across 137 Primary and Secondary Public Health Facilities In Northern Nigeria (in Katsina State and Sokoto State) From September 2024 Continuing Into 2025. We Sought to 1) Diagnose Supply-chain Bottlenecks In Contraceptive Commodity Availability, 2) Test How Much Uptake Could Increase When Supply Constraints Were Removed, and 3) Refine A Scalable Model for State-level Rollout. We Divided The Participating Facilities Into 3 Groups, and Each Group Was Assigned A Reporting Tool to Be Used to Report The Consumption and Availability of Family Planning Commodities In Their Facility. The Goal Was to Assess Which is Most Accurate In Reporting The Stock of Commodities Available In Facilities At Any Given Time. We Trained One Health Worker From Each Participating Facility On How to Fill In This Survey, Either Via SMS or WhatsApp, As Well As A New Paper Register We Distributed to Each Facility. Money made simple
Ask these three easy questions
- Who did you help? Ask for a recent story or report that shows real results.
- What will my money do? Ask exactly what your gift will pay for.
- Is this really the charity? Give only through its official website or confirmed phone number.
Pay context: The highest compensation shown in this filing is $24,000 for MIRIANA MARIA MUNTEAN (TREASURER & DIRECTOR). Compare pay with organizations of similar size and complexity.
Bottom line: Do not decide from a name, mission statement, or tax status alone. Look at where the money went, then ask what changed, who was helped, and what your gift will do. YouCanGiveBack does not endorse or grade organizations.
Financial picture
A plain-language look at the latest Form 990 figures available. These numbers help you ask better questions; they do not, by themselves, rate whether a charity is good or bad.
How each $100 of revenue was used
The large number compares each expense with revenue. The smaller number shows its share of total expenses.
Gray means reported revenue left after expenses for this filing year. It does not necessarily mean cash sitting in a bank account.
