THE COALITION for PEACE, RELIEF, and EQUITY is A GRASSROOTS ORGANIZATION of PREDOMINANTLY MUSLIM HOUSTONIANS WHO FIGHT for HUMAN RIGHTS, ENCOURAGE TOLERANCE and COMMUNITY, and SUPPORT RELIEF EFFORTS. OUR CURRENT WORK INCLUDES ADVOCATING for HUMAN RIGHTS IN THROUGHOUT THE MUSLIM WORLD, FIGHTING ISLAMOPHOBIA IN OUR SCHOOLS, PROMOTING DIVERSE EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES, and EMPOWERING ARAB and MUSLIM VOICES IN OUR COMMUNITY.
