In 2024, The Organization Launched Several Initiatives to Build Community, Provide Emotional and Spiritual Support, and Offer Faith-based Encouragement to Its Members. We Created and Maintained A Private Facebook Group Designed to Provide Daily Encouragement, Prayer Support, and Space for Transparent Conversations Among Moms Serving In Ministry. The Group Quickly Grew In Participation and Served As A Consistent Virtual Gathering Place Where Women Could Connect and Share Their Experiences. Moms In Ministry Also Produced and Published A Podcast Series Available On Multiple Platforms. The Podcast Featured Conversations Around The Realities of Balancing Motherhood and Ministry, Navigating Spiritual Burnout, Maintaining Faith During Personal Struggles, and Building Resilience In Leadership. Episodes Included Guest Speakers, Devotionals, and Practical Tools, Reaching Women Across Various Regions.
