In 2025 The Program Served Over 520 Residents Through Outreach and Direct Services Including 38 Home Repairs 24 Inspections and 7 Emergency Repairs With Additional Support for Households Impacted By Hurricane Helene. Approximately 80% of Those Served Were Seniors Along With Veterans and Families At Risk of Displacement. Services Are Delivered Year Round and Focus On Identifying Health and Safety Hazards Such As Moisture Intrusion Structural Issues and Deferred Maintenance. Preventative Interventions Reduce Costly Emergency Repairs Support Aging In Place and Preserve Existing Affordable Housing While Improving Long Term Housing Stability.
